The Skills Bootcamp for Digital Marketing covers key content modules, delivered by employers, employability experts and business owners to help you gain valuable new skills and industry knowledge.
The 7P’s, customer lifecycle, relationship marketing and inclusive marketing strategy.

Introduction to Google Analytics, complete beginners, advanced and GA4.

Social engineering, hashtags, rules of social media and sources of information for marketers.

Create a range of content including social media posts and video editing.

Software development lifecycle, coding languages, algorithms, SEO and web technologies.

Design, build and implement employer projects using a range of marketing techniques.

How to write JavaScript, CSS and HTML to build your own website / portfolio.

Employability support throughout the training programme and up to 6 months afterwards.

Get Set goes beyond the traditional ‘fill a vacancy’ approach. Every year we support and help upskill thousands of people. Many have great skills already and we’re giving them a helping hand to overcome barriers they are facing, so that they can step seamlessly into new positions, in businesses like yours. We adopt a consultancy-based relationship with you to provide relevant solutions for your business; that can range from a single vacancy to a fully managed suite of services, ranging from placement to full training programmes for new and existing employees.

We have training programmes designed to meet the needs of employees across a range of different industries. We work with big and small businesses, from Harvey Nichols to SMEs. Areas we cover include Digital Marketing, Management, Content Creation, HR, Recruitment, Customer Service, Business, Team Leading and Learning & Development. The Apprenticeship Levy can be incredibly beneficial to businesses if you use it right. You can use your Levy across training and Apprenticeship programmes. It’s a great way to help increase employee engagement and productivity.

I’m a business or school looking for career strategy advice.
We work with many different partners to bring services together, for your convenience. The National Careers Service (NCS) offers free information, advice and guidance to anyone seeking support (over the age of 13). We also offer new services through Talentino, an innovative careers support service offered to mainstream schools, SEN schools and FE colleges. Talentino’s unique specialist SEND programmes provide young people with the support they need to develop their early careers effectively.
