What will the apprentice be doing?
- General administration
- Letting & management of residential and commercial properties
- Overseeing construction sites with ARH property manager
- Company diary management
- Answering and making phone calls to book viewings for prospective tenants
- Liaising with building control
- Dealing with company software such as
- Open Rent, Rent Guard & Rightmove etc.
- Dealing with property management compliance
- Viewings
- Carrying checkout & check-in for tenants
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will achieve your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
- There are workshops that you will need to attend, remotely via Teams/Zoom.
- You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning.
- In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
