Working Week: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Apprentice Human Resources Assistant within the resources department supporting the company in all aspects of personnel.

What will the apprentice be doing?

We are looking to recruit a trainee Human Resources Assistant to help with the various aspects to support the people within the company. The role will be varied and a great opportunity to learn and progress to a rewarding career. Commencing with administrative duties, the role will progress and in time will look to be involved with all aspects associated with the role of a Human Resources professional and will include;

  • Maintain and update all employee personnel files
  • Maintain, update and book training
  • Full involvement regarding the onboarding of new employees, performance reviews and exiting procedures.
  • Maintaining leave and absence records including dealing with long and short term sickness and occupational Health.
  • Encourage employee engagement
  • The role will provide a high level of administrative support to the Resources department and help in the development of HR policies and the implementation of procedures.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will achieve the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship Standard.
  • You will have a mentor who will deliver one to one teaching and learning.
  • In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
