Key responsibilities

  • Identifying Talent: Source, assess, and engage with IT graduates to understand their skills, aspirations, and career goals.
  • Building Partnerships: Collaborate with leading organizations to understand their talent needs and culture, fostering strong and lasting partnerships.
  • Facilitating Matches: Skillfully connect our talented graduates with organizations that align with their long-term career objectives.

IT Specialist Recruiter

  • Effectively work with referral agencies to promote the Skills Bootcamp program obtain referrals for eligible people across Essex and London as per the contract requirements and attend events such as job fairs and careers events to promote the organization.
  • Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients
  • Developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms
  • Candidate recommendation report writing and analysis
  • Presentation of short-listed profiles to the client and obtain relevant feedback
  • Support in business development by introducing the company’s services to prospects
  • Demonstrate professional integrity in completing all contractual paperwork.
  • Provide employment support focused on creating their personal profile, digital CV, and progression to a digital job outcome in line with our company’s strategy.
  • Support with the collection and chasing of evidence needed to successfully claim funding.
  • Co-ordinate the collection of case studies and learner feedback for the contract
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy with all aspects of service delivery.
  • Deliver a high-quality service in line with TheLightBulb’s delivery model.
  • Be commercially aware and understand contractual requirements and be willing to adjust delivery to ensure requirements are being met.

  • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhere to relevant company policies and procedures.
  • Attend training activities as and when needed for personal development.
  • To undertake any other tasks as deemed appropriate.
