Job Purpose

  • Identify, engage, and register potential learners onto the programme and complete administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to potential learners enabling them to feel more confident and manage their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate responsibility in identifying and working with referral agencies to promote the programme and obtain referrals for eligible people across Essex and London as per the contract requirements and attend events such as job fairs and careers events to promote the organization.
  • Support the learners by acting as the first point of contact, providing a promotional & informative overview of the Bootcamps, gaining participant commitment to positively focus on their digital skills development and employment journey.
  • Demonstrate expertise in conducting initial screening and eligibility criteria of the learners.
  • Demonstrate drive and focus in successfully completing all contractual paperwork for learners to start the Programme.
  • Carry out all admin-related duties around onboarding learners, coordinating course attendances, and working within the bootcamp team to provide additional admin support as required.
  • Obtain and follow up on the evidence that will ensure that the funding claims are received.
  • Provide support in coordinating the collection of case studies and learner feedback for the contract.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy is achieved in line with company expectations and strategy.
  • Deliver a high-quality service in line with TheLightBulb’s delivery model, contributing to its commercial growth.
  • Create awareness amongst the learners about our company’s vision of equal opportunities and values.
  • Be commercially aware and understand contractual requirements and be willing to adjust delivery to ensure requirements are being met, supporting the organization’s drive for excellence.
  • Raise purchase orders for registrations and certificates and facilitate the distribution of certificates upon receipt.
  • Register learners on relevant portals for exams, raise purchase orders, and facilitate the booking of both office-based and remote invigilated exams. Additionally, conduct exam invigilation on and offsite as needed.
